Nose – Smoky dark, fully ripe cherries with a tart, beeswax component. As if you were roasting juicy cherries over a peaty campfire. Like a good Blood and Sand, so exactly how you would imagine a beast on the coast.

Palate – Tart herbs with a great round warm peat taste, hints of fresh smoked ham. Spicy black pepper. Followed by a subtle charge of caramel and Brownie, a cherry-peaty finish rounds off the flavour.

Finish – Peaty, almost medicinal, a warm sweet and a medium long finish, slightly oily. Caramelised spicy chilli. The warm, smoky-sweet aroma lingers in the mouth for a long time and make you want a second round with the beast.
