Barrel Beast selects individual casks from Scottish distilleries
— not by availability, but by character. Every release is hand-documented:
cask number, maturation time, strength at bottling. Once a cask is
empty, that expression never returns.
This scarcity isn't a marketing promise. It's simply the consequence of staying honest to the spirit.
